Attention CatheLIVE subscribers, Thursday May 30, 2024 at 9:30am EST, we’ll be doing Paired Upper Body LIVE! This week we’ll pair up the upper body with opposing muscle groups for two of the three rounds and the third round will be non opposing shoulders and core. Working in pairs not only helps shake things up to continue progress but it helps to maintain muscle balance too. Time to “work work”!
