Attention Cathe Live Subscribers:

This Thursday, May 14, at 9:15am EST, we will be doing "Cross Train Lower Body" Live

Get ready for a mix of cardio
& lower body with a whole lot of variety. Starting with the ball.... then weights, then chair .....we'll be cross training our way to stronger and shapelier legs & glutes!

Equipment needed for this workout:

A Stability Ball

Various weighted dumbbells (I will be using a set of 12's and a set of 15's)

A chair

Fitness Mat
