Good Morning ladies!!

I was up early this morning. Hubby went to play golf and then my mom called to tell me that my little sister's water broke this morning. So, I guess I will be an Aunt again today. She was suppose to go in on Thursday for a scheduled c-section as she had a c-section the first time. But, her little one decided otherwise!

Anyway, hope everyone is having a great weekend! Today's scheduled workout is Cardiokicks. I will get that one done in a little while...

It's a rest day for me and I'm going to enjoy it :)

The sun is out and the cars need to get washed so thats what I'll be doing plus just enjoying some down time with my family :7

Hello! I hope all goes well with the birth!

Vilma, on your HRM -- I'll be very curious what you think of it, and how your cathe cardio compares with your runs. The one thing I have noticed with my HRM is that even though my perceived exertion is at exhaustion with some of cathe's stuff (think imax blasts, for instance), my heart rate still does not get up as high as when I run! I wonder if that is why you miss your cardio high on the days you do something like MIC rather than running. Maybe your heart rate just doesn't get up as high.

I did yoga this morning, and I did HSC yesterday. The neck thing isn't bothering me as much, so, I think I may go back on the rotation tomorrow and just try to be careful. It was fun to do HSC again -- I haven't done it for quite a while -- I got the point where I didn't really like circuit workouts and just didn't want to go near one. Always fun to mix it up, I guess.

It's been hot here! I was going to run this morning, but even at 6:30am I just felt like it was too hot. I'm such a heat wimp! thank goodness I mostly get up early to exercise (and usually here in CA, it does cool down some in the night time).

Beth --- you may be on to something about the heart rate.

I'm expecting my HRM to be in Monday or Tuesday, once I get it set up and figure out how to use it I will compare notes on my runs and Cathe's interval workouts.

I'm curious to see how it compares.

Well getting ready to get to bed as tomorrow I have itread 19 30 on schedule at 4ish and I've heard its a killer 35 min sprint run }( :eek:
