Hi Charlotte, it's so sweet of you to ask! It seems to be doing OK. The only time I really have any pain is when I'm actually doing my shoulder workout. So we'll see what happens this Sunday. Wish me luck!

Hopefully my plans to incorporate some yoga & pilates into my routine will help me avoid this problem in the future. x(
 
That sounds good. I have been thinking of you as I see what my DH is going thru. Don't want you to have problems with yours. Just be careful and take it easy. Wishing you the best!
