I haven't seen the wedding video, but MIS is HARD. There are squats forever (I think you could go clean your house and come back and she'd STILL be squatting!) and she does tricep dips with a barbell on her lap. From what I understand, the wedding video isn't that advanced. It's set up like most of her other full body weight workouts.

:7:7:7 You're funny Shelley! I agree though that MIS is hard. I chop it up into sections. I combine 2 or 3 weight segments into push pull like combinations and tack them on after my cardio. I usually don't combine the lower body portion with other sections. The legs section is almost 20 minutes by itself.

MIS and Fitprimes Weights First are the only weight workouts that leave me wincing with EVERY step and movement the next day. They are both an intense weight workout.
You guys are scaring me}( I'm doing the Feb 07 Rotation and in place of Power Hour I'm going to use MIS - I've never done it before so I guess I have one week to keep this in mindx(
