Today I finally got the nerve to do my first ever strength training workout with Cathe, using the MIS video, and WOWW!!!:7:7 If my butt were kicked any worse, I would be in the hospital!!:-tired I started out with the same weights as Cathe, but by segment two I took my barbell down to 30,then 25,and then by the time we were doing the bicep curls it was 20 and I was DYING!! How does Cathe do those crazy 8's with a 35 pound bar??:-wow I haven't had an endorphin rush this intense since I first started working out! Anyway,I just had to share this with some like minded folks...don't think my hubby or my neighbor would understand!:-rollen
