Max weight loss/body shaping in 3 weeks

OK....So I know this is a stretch. I have been completely off track with working out and eating this week because of finals. I have 3 weeks until my wedding, and I wonder what is the best way to lose the most to look my best on my big day. I only have a few Cathe workouts, Rhythmic Step, Push Pull, Supersets, Bootcamp, Cardio & Weights - and whatever is on FitTV - until my Christmas gift comes (hopefully in time). Should I focus on cardio or do 4 cardio and 2 weight days per week?

I hear people talk about "clean eating". This is completely stupid...but can you fill me in a little - or point me to where I might read a little more about it? Is this basically eliminating processed carbs and avoiding sugar?

Any help would be appreciated!

Amy, If you are serious I would run to the bookstore and buy David Kirsch's The Ultimate New York Body Plan: 2 Weeks to a Total Transformation.

I have the book. I bought it on impulse about a week or so ago after I was feeling bad about eating some Christmas junk. Anyway, I did it for 3 days and I could already tell a difference. He has a eating plan and a cardio and circuit training plan. I incorporated Cathe into a lot of it. His workout is tough! But you can modify, do Cathe, and use his eating plan.

Your wedding may be the push you need to do this plan. It is tough. He follows the ABCDEF rule. No alcohol, bread, starchy carbs, dairy, fruits, extra sweets, and most fats. It is by no means a way to eat for life but is a 2 week plan to get in shape fast.
