Hi ladies,

I previously posted about a book I'd bought to "Lose Your Mummy Tummy". Well, now they have a DVD to go along with it. The book (which I've read but haven't been able to do alot of the exercises consistently) is a good book with very interesting info regarding the Mummy tummy we develop during pregnancy. I find that I have a very difficult time doing workouts from a book, I need the visual to work out with and keep me motivated. (No wonder I love Cathe, huh?)

Anyway, this site also has information for your pregnancy and exercise workouts you can do to prepare yourself "for the marathon of labor" as Julie Tupler calls it. I would have loved to have this while I was pregnant, so I just wanted to share with everyone. maternalfitness.com is the site if you'd like to check it out. I just ordered the Mummy Tummy DVD today, I'll be sure to post my thoughts once I receive it. (If anyone has tried it already, please share your comments.)

It sounds like a great recommendation;-) Please let us know what the DVD is like, I hate following a book too.
I am currently 7 weeks prego with my 2nd. I have an 8 month old. I was a gym rat for so many years and I started Step/Cathe right after cuz I always knew it would be fun. Thank god I did, I lost all my pregnancy weight FAST and looked better than before my pregnancy. And I was tiny. But the stomach is the last and the hardest to re flatten. So I'm anxious to hear about what you think and how mummy tummy is working for you. Please keep us posted!:+
