Maribeth, please

Maribeth- I so value your opinion, and I have been reading all your posts on the muscle thread. I don't totally understand what you said to that girl who is an endo/meso about the S&H series. I am built like Cedie, so I would say I am an endo\meso also. I am so afraid of that series, I am ready to sell it on e-bay for the second time. Did you tell her she should do that in a week, and also at the end of the week do an endurance tape like PH??? I am on my 3rd week of a CTX rotation(2 bodyparts a day), and instead of doing LL, I have been doing Circuit Max and using a lower body workout some one posted on here, I think it was JillyBean. Anyway, I have been hitting every bodypart twice, at least a 1/2 an hour of cardio everyday, and my legs have been getting 2 circuit workouts per week. Thanks for your help.
