March Rotation Question

Hey Cathe,

Hope all is well with you. I have been doing Muscle Endurance rotations the last 2 months and want to do some strength training. I was wondering if I could do the March Rotation like this:
do week one - for 3 weeks, take a few days off, and start with
week two - for 3 weeks, take a few days off, and start with
week three- for 3 weeks, take a few days off, then do
week four- for 3 weeks.?
I just got S&H and GS and am very excited to use them and thought this would be a great rotation to do that!!
I want to build strength and shock my body so I can loose some inches!!

What do you think? Thank you in advance:)

Hi Deanie! Sounds like a wonderful plan. The few days off in between your phases will be excellent recovery for your muscles too.
