March Rotation Day 2

Today workout is prescribed as IMAX original, but it isn't in my collection. IMAX3 was my choice and I am glad to be done. There is also core Max today which I will do after my breakfast settles.

I didn't feel great but did the whole workout with no modifications. Normally I drink at least an 8 oz. glass of water before a workout and today I didn't. It could have been a contributing factor.

I'm looking forwrd to comments from those of you who will be doing this rotation too.

you are off to a great start!! WTG:)
there were a few workouts i didn't have so i just ordered gs back/bi's and triceps (etc) and Imax 3. I do not have the original Imax but i decided to go forward instead of backwards.
i am anxious to start this rotation on Monday. so we can really check in together and watch for those results!! have a great weekend.

I'm also excited to start Monday. S&H is due to arrive at home here today! YIPPEE!

Quick question...I think I am going to add more cardio in as I feel needed. Do you think that will counter-act any benefits this rotation is designed to give us? Just wondering.

Hey guys.... I hate not to check in with ya'll but I'm not doing to March rotation. I have come to the conclusion that I need a break from rotations, I am feeling burn out that I can't shake. Today I did Step Blast premix combos 1,2,3 and abs from S&H and All Step. A nice one hour w/o. I am going to do cardio every day and one body part. I think TK had mentioned this. I will do abs three to four times a week.

Have fun with the March rotation. I hope ya'll see some great results.
