Good Morning Ladies :)

Today was a planned rest day, I switched it up from earlier in the week. However, I am aiming for 5 cardio WO's weekly so I did a 3.7 mile ouside run. Tomorrow my legs can rest when we do GS CST.

How is everyone today?

Phyllis are you feeling better?

good morning judy and rest to follow,

today i did 60 mins. of interval running on my treadmill and abs.
i feel really good this morning.
this will be my first time using the gymstyles series and i am so excited!!

Happy Sunday...

Good morning Judy and SunnyD!

Yes i'm feeling better. Thanks!

I did GS legs today - swapped it with GS tris and Bis. The entire floor work section is truly a challenge to me. My hams are not very flexible and the roll ins positively hurt! I have to modify, by putting my fists under my back.

Have a good day. Phyllis

Hi, ladies! Glad to see others here on a Sunday!

It's COLD here and very windy. DFiance and I took the 4 kids to the park (playground, ball field, etc) earlier. He played ball with them while I ran! LOVE IT! I bundled up and took off with HRM & mp3 player rolling! LOL Logged 45 minutes and a great run. I actually included the 3+ mile course from next weekend's 5K race that I'm doing, just for practice. I've got a good idea of the course now and konw where I'll need to concentrate, so I'm hoping that gives me a little advantage!

See you all tomorrow. Enjoy the rest of your day!
