I just finished 4DS shoulder back , B&G stabillity ball abs. Laying off my legs todayx(

Hi Everyone!!

I did 4 DS Back and Chest followed by "Guts" from "Butts & Guts" , floor work, no ball.

I'm thinking maybe a "little" (20-30 minute) run later!! It's already 50 degrees out and sunny!

We'll see....

Chris: enjoy that run..It is 66 here now. We are spending the afternoon outside in the beautiful sunshine!!
