Attention CatheLIVE subscribers , Thursday March 5, 2026 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Non-Stop Total Body #2 ” LIVE! This non-stop total body workout will move quickly from exercise to exercise all while challenging your strength and stamina! Get in, get busy and get it done!

Equipment needed:

A variety of weighted dumbbells (we’ll be using 5-15’s… but feel free to use heavier or lighter as needed)

Medium tension, resistance tube

A gliding device

A yoga mini ball

A fitness mat
