Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, March 3, 2022 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Slammin’ Cardio Express” LIVE. Get ready to slam it with this solid cardio, time-efficient, mixed impact, hiit workout!

Equipment Needed:

A set of 3 pound hand weights

A full sized step platform with no risers (if you prefer, you can put a full sized fitness mat underneath your step platform for better grip)

Just did it. It is between 30 to 31 minutes. If you are use to Cardio Slam it is like that, but mini. It does have one burpee on the floor and one burpee on the step. Floor Wide Thrust Burpee with Cross cross Jack and on the step Hop Scotch. You will be using 3 pound weights. But, it isn’t a long workout.
