Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday March 19, 2020 at 9:15am EST we’ll be doing “Total Body Blast” LIVE! Turn up the heat with this “hot” pattern of grouped lower body exercises, grouped cardio exercises and grouped upper body exercises. We’ll keep repeating the pattern until, hmmm , I don’t think I’m going to tell you .....heeee he he he heeee! Sleep well my pretties!

Cathe, it was a blast working out with you this morning :D Thank you for making it. (And thanks to the camera crew, too.) Not only was the workout terrific, I loved when you high-fived and fist bumped "members" of your class, came close to the camera to remind us to go lower, etc. You were such a riot!

Can't wait for next week's workout with you.
