Hi ladies....

Hope Hottie and Beth are having fun with Cathe. Probably sore and tired from the workouts..Can't wait to hear all about it...

Workout today is High Step Challenge...Then, we have choir practice this afternoon and the choir is singing at tonights mass and tomorrow's mass for Palm Sunday..Chris has baseball practice today with Vic, he is the team's coach..

Chris: I got most of the cleaning done yesterday. I didn't get to the dusting or the bathroom sinks. I did mop, vacuum and iron and wash the laundry...YEAH!!

Ok, time to get started on that workout...Talk to you later..

Oh I'm sure Cathe is working Hottie and Beth pretty good! ;) I think yesterday was Athletic Step combination step workout. And then a stretch in the evening. Must be so nice!!! Can't wait to hear all about it!!

I'm debating on whether to do HSC or Circuit Blast,, I've never done Circuit Blast, and I"m curious!! So I think i might go with that one today...

That's a ton of cleaning! Are you done with it for the weekend? I got most of what I wanted to do yesterday, except the kids came home and it looked like it did BEFORE I cleaned! LOL!. I have more on my "to do" list , but not today. Greg is off from work, so I don't HAVE to clean for the sitter, like I usually do. AND , I'm going to have leftovers for supper (Greg will cook Mac and Cheese for the boys), so no cooking for me either. I'm hoping to bring the boys to the park for a little bit after lunch.

It's sunny out, but COOL. Like 40. but the sun feels great!

What are your plans for next week, Kathy? .... I think I may take 'rest' days for at least Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Stretching and YOga days. We'll see how I feel after that. I won't start a new rotation until the following week. I hope Cathe has a good April one too. Or I may go back and find the "one body part per day" rotation.

Hey Chris: Sounds like a great day. It is sunny here about 40 degrees..I don't plan on doing any more then just clean off the sinks in the bathrooms. My house doesn't usually stay clean long either...I get so annoyed. I know it will get messy again. But, it would be nice if it stayed clean at least one afternoon! HAHA As far as next week's workouts. I am not sure. Probably just a mix of cardio and weights and see what the April rotation is going to be before I decide past that. I liked doing the one body part a day too. I love to have cardio most days. So, that works well..
 
I ended up doing Circuit Blast! It was hard, but fun, and short! I didn't feel I got a thorough muscle workout, so out of curiosity too, I added on standing leg work from Kelly Coffey Meyers 30 Minute to Fitness. It was ok.

I'm thinking next week after stretch/rest, I may do some running and Physique 57 stuff. I haven't really done any of those yet. We'll see how I'm doing.
 
Hello from San Diego! We're tired but having a ton of fun. (I've scared Beth so don't expect her to be back soon! lol!) We came straight from work and landed at the Loews which is pretty big and fancy. Everything is always running behind schedule but that's ok. We did a step class and a stretch yesterday. I LURVED the step class. It was pretty advanced IMHO but I got the hang of it in the end -- I really, really enjoyed it. Joe did it too behind and Beth was to the left of me! So cool! We were really, really smelly though because we had no place to shower since we weren't staying at the hotel (but they've remedied this by letting us have access to the sea spa here where I have a steam and dry sauna room. woot!) We had a stretch class afterwards which was really nice. She did some core work where I just laid there going sure, I'll just relax (levitation!??!!?).

We had a 1/2 step and 1/2 KB class first this morning. She did some combos from LIC mostly and one from AS (the day before it was LIC, LIS, and BM2, and HIS, and AS, and maybe another). But I don't know what came over me but I convinced Joe that we should both go up on stage (with some other people) for the punching combos. Other than the floor rocking, it was crazy fun. But man, near the end of that workout I was pretty tired. We cleaned up for what we thought was going to be CCC but she decided to put the leg workout before lunch. Chris -- there were one legged squat thrust jumps (beth did them, I so did not)!! My toe was really hurting so I couldn't do everything.

Ok, I gotta get to lunch!!! We have to see if we have time to sail or not! (beth is still thinking we're crazy)
 
Hottie: It sounds like alot of fun!! I would love to take a class live with Cathe. It does sound like a tough workout day though. Way to go all of you!!

Checking in for Sunday with today's rest day. I think I am going to just relax and not do anything!! I feel I need it...
