Seems like a ghost town in our check in's lately! Hope Joanne and Laura are doing ok!
Thanks Kathy, for the compliment on my kitty and avatar pic, too. Samantha is quite a character, what a great addition to our family she is! And that picture of me was from September, at my nephew's wedding. I think my butt has expanded over the winter months, but I'm working on it!!... Got to get it in summer condition!!
My workout today (so far?) was Lower Body from 4 Day Split. My legs were just a teensy bit sore from my run yesterday (yay!), mostly in my hips, a bit in my quads/hams. But NOTHING like last week. NO shin splints!!! Feels good! I did add in the warm up from Butts & Guts, and then the stretch from 4-Day Split Kickbox. It took me about 45 minutes. I might add on B&G's floorwork later. But I have a ton to do today, and I need to stop procrastinating, and I needed some xtra time this morning..

I'm thinking I won't get in a workout tomorrow... One of my son's has a retreat from 12:30 - 3:00 and my other son has a basketball tournament from 10:15 - 2:00 and it's only me to run around town to get them there and back! MAYBE just maybe, I'll stick in a quickie interval workout in the morning....
