Checking in today with a scheduled rest day. But, as usual I am going to do some pilates or yoga or something low key like that...

Today was a short workout, have to be at work at 10 got up a little late. I did 4DS triceps KB abs, and LIS calves. My legs are so sore this week!! Have a great day

Hey Everyone!!

I just kicked out Butts & Guts, Standing Leg work! Owieee!! My legs are on the sorer side too, this week, Randi. Kickmax on Sunday, running on Tuesday. Oh my! Good stuff!

Yoga /Pilates sound nice Kathy! And I'm peetering out on the excess energy, which i"m going to have to find it again, because I have more cleaning AND cooking to do today, with the 3 boys home to boot!! I'll be at your house NEXT week to clean!

Okay, I better stop procrastinating.....

Sounds great Chris!! My sister is coming next Friday from Florida for a few days...
