Hi, Phyllis. LOVE the GS series, don't ya? You are like my preview for my next workout, since you're a day ahead of me. LOL. Great job!

This morning was 60 minutes of fave cardio, so I took TK's lead. I did Step Blast, and tacked on IMax 3 intervals 6 thru 10. They seemed to FLY and I ALMOST did 1-5, but I simply didn't have enough time. GREAT suggestion, TK! Thanks!

Phyllis- even though the PS series resulted in DOMs, the GS series produces worse DOMS!

I am not looking forward to the BBS GS tomorrow!

Today was the 60" cardio. I had to get up a little earler so i could fit it in before driving kids to school, but it is done now. (((great feeling))) I chose CTX step & intervals followed by 30" interval spinning on my own.

Good morning everybody! :)

Today was the 2nd time this week to pick your favorite 60 min cardio. I only had time for 40 min. :-( , so I did LIS on an 8" step. It was a fun workout.

I love the GS series as well, but my favorite is still S&H, it just really works my muscles. Especially my triceps, that is the only series I get DOMS in my triceps }( .

Yeah, my opinion on the series changes each week as we change series. LOL. I really like the S&H also, but it may be just because it's brand new to me. WHO AM I KIDDING? I keep changing my mind! LOL

Great job, ladies. Sounds like we are all being consistant and sticking this rotation out! YOU ROCK!!!!!

Good morning fabulously fit females. Today I did Lomax followed by intervals 6-10 of IMAX2. I don't know what it is about that combo but it really registers some high numbers on the HRM.

Yeah, GS series definitely gives its share of DOMS. I still have some in my chest and abs from Monday. My legs surprisingly are only mildly sore in the hamstrings. My leg work has gotten more consistient over the last few months so maybe it's finally paying off (and it must be time to increase weights LOL). The first time I ever did GS legs I could hardly walk for a week!

Gayle: I have a few evil mish moshes that I use that are similar. Last summer I got a 5 disc programmable DVD changer and that really opened up a whole new realm of possibilities.

Judy: One day I will try spinning. It looks like a great workout. A girl I know does spinning several times a week and her legs are solid.

TK-Don't even SUGGEST that I buy a 5 disc player! LOL. Addictive, that's what this fitness stuff is! LOL

I am with you...my legs are only mildly sore today as well, and I half expected worse. Abs, surprisingly, are still very sore today too!

I found my Sony 5 disc changer new on ebay for $46 plus a small amount for shipping and handling. Despite already having an almost-new single disc DVD player, DH actually accepted the logic that I was actually saving us money by buying the 5-disc because I would be able to do more with the DVDs I own already rather than buying more DVDs. He's just too darn easy sometimes LOL!

today i did GS legs and coremax seg 1. Good grief cathe sure knows how to kill your legs:)

tk- you are too funny. maybe i can convince dh i need a 5 disc changer. for $46 that shouldn't be too hard:p

I am loving Gymstyles- Judy you are correct this series produces some serious DOMS. I am not complaining.
 
Ladies, you definitely want a 5 disc player. It was a great purchase!
It makes rotations so much easier! You just pop all your WO in at once and you can even set them at a certain start point.

Tk, do share all your mishmoshes! I like to do some of Ajocks, but some of them just scare me! Phyllis

Oh, I did not come to this check-in to be persuaded to buy a new DVD player! I came here for a great workout group....LOOKS LILKE I'LL BE FINISHING MARCH WITH BOTH! LOL

Guess I'll hit eBay and the sales flyers!
