Good morning fitness buddies! Here's today's WO

SJP step + 1st 3 SJP hi/lo seg + SB challenge and blasts + 10 min ab hits. It felt pretty good - not too taxing.

DD has joined the track team and wants me to run with her. So, I guess I'll go back to being a fair weather runner. I get bored easily, but I think having a partner will help tremendously!

Hey, Phyllis! That combo sounds good and fun! I was also thinking all-step for tomorrow's cardio workout. I'll have to think on it today! As for running with DD, what a great way to get out there AND spend time with her. Have fun! (shhhhhhh...I was shopping online for a 5 disc player, LOL)

This morning, WOW! Heavy weight work with GS Back, Shoulders, Biceps. Then I did core premix from Boot Camp, then a sweaty 30 minute (2+ mile) hill climb on the treadmill.

How is everybody today? Weekend is almost here! My weeks settle down after Wednesday, so once I wake up on Thursday morning, I feel like the weekend has already started!

Hi March Rotationers!

Gayle- that GS BBS really pushes doesn't it?
Phyllis- nice cardio choice! My DD is doing track also, but I can't keep up with her pace!

GS BBS is done and after my breakfast is digested and some chores are done I will do a run 3.5-4.0 miles.

good morning fellow fitchicks!!
this morning i did 60 mins. run/walk on treadmill. when ds(#2) takes his afternoon nap i will complete gs bs&b...i previewed it this am and it looks tough.

Gayle- i am about to take a look at 5 disc changers also. i was thinking about it this am while on the treadmill, lol
Judy- our workouts are very similar today
phyllis-how old is your dd? good for her on joining the track team.

hello, to rest of the bunch to follow!!

Sunndy delite-
I hope you 'enjoy' your maiden voyage with GS BBS.

I just finished my 3.7 mile run. Outsdide is a challenge for me; I am not as well practiced at. I did it very slowly, but never the less I did it, and with no walking.

Hey girls. This morning was GS BSB. For the first time I was able to match Cathe on all her weight selections. Tonight is kickboxing class so I will get cardio and some overall conditioning done too.

Ha ha, it looks like the 5 disc player thing is catching on. When you are looking at changers, just be aware that some are programmable and some are not. The ones that are programmable, some only let you program within one DVD but not across to all DVDs (i.e. program to play chapter one on DVD1 then play chapter 1 on DVD2). Honestly when I first got mine, I programmed every mish mosh but found it was just as easy to cue up the dvd where you want it to start and just hit 'disc skip' to get there. So if you find one that isn't programmable and it's a good price I say go for it.

One feature I really like is that my Sony 'remembers' where in the DVD I pressed the stop button and will pick up where it left off. Sunday nights I usually put most of the week's DVDs in the changer and cue them to where I want them to start (past the FBI warnings and Cathe's speech). In the morning I just hit play and get started right away. I'm always pushing the envelope to get to work on time so any small time saver is a big help.

Hey, TK, thanks for the DVD tips!

Great job on matching Cathe today! I matched her on everything except that second set of concentration curls. OUCH!

Gayle

thanks Judy, LOL

I am done working out for today. all i can say is WOW, BBS!!! i still have DOMS in my hamstrings from GSL.
