Mar Rotation Mon Mar 27

Hi, ladies!

Phyllis-The Pyramids are my all time favorite (don't I say them about everything? LOL). They were my first Cathe weight DVD, so they have a special place in my heart! Love the way it hurts everytime!

Judy-like you, I'm focussing on running too. I'm planning on running with IMax in the DVD player so I can run the intervals. I like do ing that.

I slept in this morning, first time in a LONG time that I didn't get a mornign workout in. BUT....planning on my interval run today (most likely tonight after the kids go to bed).

I can't believe this is week #4 already! The month just FLEW BY, didn't it?

The month has gone fast.
Gayle- How did the race go? If yo posted, I'm sorry I missed it.

My run is done I did 4.5 miles outside. I tried to stay on cinders or grass where possible to keep off of hard pavement. It went better that Saturday's run. DH bought me an IPOD so I quickly made up a rudimentary running mix and really enjoyed it. be fun to add onto it!

Gayle I have enjoyed running to IMAX3 when on the treadmill too!

Good afternoon! IMAX2 this morning. My right ankle started aching about half way thru so that finally pushed me to get new shoes. So today at lunch I bought a pair of Saucony running shoes and a pair of Ryka cross trainers to use indoors. I can't believe how comfortable they both were when I tried them on! Now I can't wait to use them. With the time change coming this weekend I hope to be out running more frequently.

This month has flown by! Now I'm looking forward to what Cathe has in store for us next month. At the end of this week I will have completed my third month in a row of Cathe rotations. Compared to before I really do believe I've improved in both strength and endurance. When I was doing my own thing I seemed to fall back on cardio cardio cardio a little too much. I have a much more balanced approach now -- but I do throw a couple extra cardio sessions in each week in addition to what Cathe is calling for. A leopard can't change his spots as they say LOL.

Judy: Thanks for reminding me about changing my mp3 music! Oh and BTW, Gayle kicked B-U-T-T on her run. She did post to our thread later in the day on Saturday.

Everyone have a great day!
