Hey everyone! I hope all of you got a chance to go outside this weekend. I raked all the leaves off my crocuses as they are lifting their pretty heads! This is just a a magical time of year. It seems like everything is so much better just because it's warmer out.

I did IMAX 2 this AM instead of and interval run. I'll probably, be taking Wed as my rest day this week, since we are going to a show tues night and will be out late. Who know, maybe I'll get some extra energy! Phyllis

Hey, Phyllis! I LOVE Spring! My perrenials are also poking their heads out already. Next nice day, I've gotta head out and clean the stones and turned-up grass that the town's plows delivered into my yard! LOL. What are your plans Tuesday night??? Just curious!

I was up early, and started week 2 with PS chest, shoulders and triceps. I really wanted to add cardio in, but DFiance and I chose to snuggle just a bit more this morning. I want to get in an hour of cardio, so maybe later this afternoon I'll do a step workout.

Good Morning Ladies!

I took my rest day on Saturday, but not much rest. Worked outside and raked up my flowerbeds as well. Now everything looks all pretty! I will go outside again today and hack down some of the "woods" growing into our yard.

So yesterday I worked out chest and biceps. Today will just do part of PUB working shoulders and triceps only. Also 3 sets of BBM with weights and coremax 1. DD and her friend may want to ride bikes into town again after school. They worked out to Coremax 2 on Saturday.

Hi Phyllis and Charlotte~

We are back now from our trip to the olympic village in Lake Placid. I managed to bring seme DVD's and did Cardio Kicks one day and 400 walking lunges and core max the next day. On Saturday, DD and I ran 3 miles outside.( yikes! very hilly!) Sunday was rest day.

Today begins week 2. PS CST is complete. Abs from PS L&A were added, and I will do a 30 treadmill run shortly.

PS- DS' s hockey team WON the torunament in Lake Placid

Good afternoon all. I did PS chest, shoulders, and tris this morning. Since it was only 40 minutes long I did abs too. It's so pretty out today I think I'll take the dog for a nice long walk after work. I just hope that I don't get tied up here at work.

hello ladies,

i am checking in so late. i only got a chance to do 35 mins. on the elliptical machine. i had so much running around to do i never got the chance to do ps chest, etc. today. i will definitely add that one on after lomax tomorrow. i just hate that i missed my workout and i am not a workout late kinda person.

looks like everyone is doing wonderful.

phyllis- did you see the play this weekend.

Hi Ladies,

Am a day late checking in.

I'll be starting the March rotation all over cause I didn't workout at all Wed-Sun. Cause the builders were doing my living room (don't like working out with strange men in the house), I was up way too late every evening trying to fix my computer (which I have done) so I just couldn't get out of bed at 5AM, plus all the usual things like work, household chores, kids, etc.

Today was S&H C/T + a spinning class.
