Hi, M-T-Bs!

Just thought I'd start our thread today since I didn't see a new one. How's everyone doing on the eating and exercising front?

I totally blew the eating this morning. I know I'm supposed to eat a "little" more as a preggo, but I ate SO MUCH this morning. I was STARVED! Two scrambled eggs with canadian bacon and cream cheese mixed in, 2 1/2 quesadilla wedges from last night and a Krispy Kreme! Ack! It's like I couldn't stop myself. Oh well, I'll clean it up for the rest of the day.

I'm planning to do my Denise Austin Fit and Firm pregnancy workout today. Otherwise, I'm feeling great. We got a break from this terrbile heat!!!

How's everyone else doing?

Hey just have a second I have an appointment with my cake baker this morning (our wedding is in 3 weeks!!! more on that later!). Just wanted to say good morning.

I did PUB and abs this morning. Struggling with terrible blues about my body. I guess I need to get over is since I will only be getting bigger from here on out. I just look so fat, not pregnat. My eating has been go so far. Last night it was pizza and junk (my son's bday). In fact I have had some form of junk every day for a while now. I feel terrible about myself and I feel like I am going to gain a bazillion pounds. So that is my pity party. Don't feel bad about one little breakfast binge, I have been eating like crap too. All I want is junk. Yesterday I ate an apple and I seriously thought I was going to hurl. This is ridiculous.

I am making quesadillas tonight!!! What did you put in yours I need ideas.

I can't remember how far along everyone is can we all say? I think I am about 9 weeks but I have a doctors appt this Friday to be sure.

The heat is misrable! Okay I really have to go. ttyl
 
Hi all!!

Glad this thread got started so I have someone to start holding myself accountable to.

Monday - I ran 45 minutes and did Body Max2 upper body.
Tuesday - I did butts & gutts and 15 minutes on the elliptical

The bad things I have eaten so far this week...
Monday - ate clean a whole day!! This may be the first time the whole pregnancy!
Tuesday - ate some chicken fingers at dinner.

Other than that I have done well this week, so far!

I am 18 weeks along (with a little boy) and I have a 17 month old little girl - Nadia!
 
Hello!

I did Body Fusion this morning and I was sweating! I can't believe how exhausted I am all the time. I'm almost 15 wks and I thought I was supposed to be feeling better! ;) I try to eat as well as I can, but I did buy a nice big chocolate/peanut butter cookie today. Oh well. I usually feel so yucky, I eat what I can.

I was thinking about preordering the new videos, but I know I won't be able to use them for a long time. (Probably until after the new baby is sleeping through the night.) I've already had to move down to Cathe's easier workouts and I don't think it's going to get any better for a while. :p Wondering if anyone else was going to preorder?
 
Hi, ladies!!!

I didn't workout this morning. I woke up sooo exhausted! I must not have slept as well as I thought. I had my 32 week appointment today. I can't believe how close I am!!!! We're having a girl. Yippeeee!!!!

DH surprised me with homemade waffles this morning. He rarely cooks, so I had two of them - which is good for me lately. Ever since I hit third tri, I have been eating like a mad woman!

In my quesadillas? Let's see, I put cheese, grilled chicken, peppers and onions, black olives, kidney beans and chili powder.

I DID pre-order the Cathes even though it will be a little while before I can use them, but that's ok. Gives me a goal.

I noticed on another thread Lori posted that she had a friend who was worried about her body image her entire pregnancy, but once she delivered, she only had 5 lbs to lose to get to her pre-preg weight. WHAT?!?!? I wish! - but I'm sure I'll have plenty to work on. I know I can do it. It'll just take some good focus!

I have been thinking about ordering them but I don't know if I can commit that money to something I won't be using for so long. I know if this baby is anything like my first I won't be sleeping for a long long time. *sigh* What workouts (prenatel and regular) is everyone favoring? Congrats on your baby girl! I am kinda hoping for a boy just because we have so many boy things! But I will be thrilled either way!

I am going to go get a snack. I am trying to convince myself I want yogurt but I am really want some ice cream...}( }( }(
 
No workout last night, unless you count chasing a toddler around at the park. lol! And I ate some of her ice cream last night. Ooops!

I have been favoring walking/jogging just because I can adjust the intensity easily and I can push my little one in the jogger. For Cathe workouts, I am still doing BodyMax2, Butts & Gutts, Cardio Fusion, and IMAX3-sometimes I do the premix that is without the blasts.

I don't know if I will pre-order this time, I would love to have them, but I don't know that I am going to get much in besides pushing a stroller for awhile after having this little one. Time will tell. If you already have one bad sleeper, surely God will give you one good sleeper, right?
