Making workouts show up on Facebook

I would like my daily workouts to show up on my Facebook page as I see others' do. How do I link my Facebook account here so that it works?

ETA:I did search for posts on this, but I only find problem threads, not an instruction on how to set it up.

I finally figured it out and thought I'd share it here since I thought it was so hard to find.

When you go to the Workout Manager page, there is a teeny tiny "button" on the top right corner of the page that is the link.
