Hi mish-moshers! Guide me along. I bought the CTX Kickbox workout from the vhs sale. OMG! I love,love it! I would like to add to it and make a 60 or 75 minute workout.
What would you add to it? My thoughts were the kick/punch combos from KP&C, the portion of KP&C before the combos, or the section of Cardio Kicks before the drills. Maybe even the blast part of Kick Max or the combos from Kick Max.
So much to choose from! Help! Give me some ideas. I even considered doing the CTX Kickbox workout twice in a row but I think my arms would not funtion the next day!
