Make me a kickbox mish-mosh.....

Hi mish-moshers! Guide me along. I bought the CTX Kickbox workout from the vhs sale. OMG! I love,love it! I would like to add to it and make a 60 or 75 minute workout.

What would you add to it? My thoughts were the kick/punch combos from KP&C, the portion of KP&C before the combos, or the section of Cardio Kicks before the drills. Maybe even the blast part of Kick Max or the combos from Kick Max.

:eek: So much to choose from! Help! Give me some ideas. I even considered doing the CTX Kickbox workout twice in a row but I think my arms would not funtion the next day!

Hi Renee!
A kickbox mishmosh that I love is to do:
Warmup from Kick Max
Blast Challenge from Kick Max
Drills from KPC (everything after the warm-up and up to the combos)
Kickbox "Drills" (I think it's pretty much the kicks to back, sides, and then the jump rope portion and arm drills)
Then finish with the Cardio Kicks Intensity Drills of I have the time.
But of course there are a million ways to mix these up, so just keep recombining and having fun!
