i'm extremely happy with the amount of muscle i have and wish to not build anymore. i was wondering if doing one intense upper body workout and one intense lower body workout would be enough to maintain muscle. this would be along with 3 cardio coaches each week on opposite days. what do you think?
monday: cardio coach
tuesday: upper;abs
wednesday: cardio coach or kickboxing
thursday: lower; abs
friday: cardio coach
would this be good or should i do full body workouts instead?
