Today I decided to try my own mix of workouts. I did Hardstikes cardio, then went into Rockout Knockout kickbox cardio and cardio with gloves, then finished with KP&C combos, abs, & stretch. It came in around 80 mins. I connected my laptop and 2 dvd players to my tv. I put Hardstikes on laptop first, then got ready the other 2 on my 2 dvd players, so all I had to due was quickly change the connections from one to the other, which only took about 30 sec. What a great workout. I still find the combos in KP&C my fav. because of all the jump kicks and intensity level of the combos. If this is what ON DEMAND will eventually be able to do, I cannot wait. I've been trying to figure out a way to combine different parts of different dvds and with ON DEMAND I can do that now with very little down time. Just wanted to share my new fun factor to working out.
