Today, I received the new series from Cathe and Kelly. I previewed the kickboxing and bootcamp from the 4 day split. And decided to combine Cathe's bootcamp (first 30 mins of it) with the BBC chest and abs (weights) since I am in the middle of BBC 5-day workout.

I love Cathe's bootcamp. I was grinning and smiling the whole time. It was so much fun: all the running around the steps, side hoppings and butt kickings. I am so happy now. Cathe made my day.

I just wanted to share my happiness with everyone.

Hi Penny,

I did the BC/KB cardio premix this morning. After it was over I told my DH that "Cathe kicked my a** this morning". That BC is tough, thank goodness it's only thirty minutes! But also a lot of fun!

I did the Kickbox workout this AM and totally loved it! I loved the music, the intensity, I wanted more! I did not do the legs because I am focusing on lighter weights, more reps and Pilates right now, but will try the other cardio workouts this week.:)
