This rustic bread, has big, shiny holes and is delicious! I just bought a book called "The Bread Bakes Apprentice", and it has this recipe inside it. We will finish it up tonight with homemade beans and cheddar cheese. Oh, I also put some cheese inside the bread for a little interest. YUM!:9 It's to die for!.
If you are interested just let me know. It's very easy, it can take one day to make, but two days will be better. The first day you will make the poolish or biga (sponge) put that in the fridg then you raise and bake it the next day. The recipe calls for unbleached bread flour.
