I would love a quicker lower body (maybe about 40 mins - including abs) -but, I would love all floor work - like inner/outer thighs, butts, nothing with heavy weights.

JaneJ, I just got Gym Style Legs on the daily deal. It has approximately 30 minutes of standing leg work and 30 of floor work. The neat thing is that there are two premixes -- one for standing and one for floor. You might want to check it out. I sure like this workout.
