I just found about it this week, oddly enough, and it interested me enough to order the book and some more Firm tapes to go w/ my Cathes. I'm going to go on a real blitz with my legs....I want them to be as toned as the rest of me. I didn't think it was possible, but I'm going to try Ms Dayton's method. We'll see what a six week rotation does.
 
You've inspired me to spend more money. I just ordered the book online. I'm in need of something new to keep me busy until I totally rehaul my rotations when I get my new Cathe tapes that is. Let me know how your rotation goes, I probably won't start mine for a month or so, I'm in the process of moving to a different state!

I did the advanced video rotation last year. There wasn't that article to go with it and I didn't really have any light days. I did it for 4 weeks and was VERY tired the whole time. Plus my knees started bothering me. I didn't see results, but my eating isn't the best either. I'd be interested to know how you all like it!

I havent found an actual copy of the book to leaf thru so I was wondering if the book gives video rotations in it like those shown on the website referred to in the original post on this topic.

P.S. My diet hasnt been good for ages but I'm hoping my new upcoming workout room will change all that and get me more motivated. Installing more mirrors in my workout room might do the trick too ;)

So if you buy the book, keep the printout of the video rotations. I've will have done 4 leg workouts this week, and will limit my cardio to 4 sessions because I don't want to get too tired. I'll have done Standing Legs, MIS, PS Legs and Circuit Max. I DO think I can tell a difference...my pants seem a little looser. Hot Dog!!!!!

That's intense!! Hmmm, it seems interesting. I need some help on my lower body. Is the book available anywhere besides the website? Does anyone know? I think I'll check Sams' & B.J.'s. They usually have books for great prices. Keep us posted on your results everyone. I'm very curious.

Hi. I just got the book too and to my dismay found the video rotations to be absent. I was wondering if you are sticking strictly to the videos or are you doing the exercises outlined in the book with home barbell/dumbells when that substitution can be made? Are you starting at level 3? I'm definitely going to give this workout a try but probably not til july 1st because I'm in the middle of changing jobs and moving to a different state, so things are hectic not to mention my living room is starting to have more boxes in it everyday!

Hi Debbie I just saw your post, I looked at Barnes & Noble, Books-a-Million and Hawley Cooke bookstores and had no luck.

P.S. Was wondering for those interested in this program if you wanted to put together some additional video rotations?? I have mostly Cathe tapes, GWW and the Firm's Lower Body Sculpting.

I'll let you know if I see it at either of the wholesale stores. I might be interested in some kind of a rotation but probably couldn't stick to it 100% with having to teach my classes. Come Summer session, I only teach two/week and it will be easier then. I also have Karen's GWW and many Firm's. Let me know if you decide to do something. I am interested in UPPING my lower body work like HB is doing. Good Luck with your move. How far away are you moving? You'll get your strength work in picking up & moving all those boxes.;-)

YES!!!

I'm in the Akron area, HB is in the Canton area and EricaH is up nearer to Cleveland. Aimee (Competition Bound)is in Columbus. We need to have a roadtrip and meet 1/2 way sometime. It would be about a two hour drive for all of us. When is the big move? Good Luck with everything. Glad you are going to be with your hubby!

Right now I'm doing the video rotations even tho' I'm waiting to get my new Firm tapes. She has so many variations that you can go to the Y or work out at home.

I DID start out at level 3. I kind of tweeked her video rotations a bit by allowing BodyMax and CircuitMax as leg workouts. With BodyMax I always do extra step ups, but since Circuit Max has 6 legs exercises, I do it as is. Aerobics and weights all at once. I love an efficient workout!!!
