LOWER BODY QUESTION

I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT WORKING THE LOWER BODY. I WANT TO REALLY TRY AND GET MY LOWER IN A LITTLE BETTER SHAPE. JUST A LITTLE MORE TONE. IN THE PAST DAYS, ( SINCE LAST FRI.- MON) I HAVE DONE CARDIO. YESTERDAY I DID LEGS AND GLUTES XTREME. TODAY I DID CARDIO. IF I DO BUTTS AND GUTS TOMORROW IS THAT TOO MUCH LOWER BODY OR DOES SOMEONE HAVE A ROTATION THEY DO THAT MIGHT BE SOME HELP TO ME. I DON'T WANT TO IGNORE MY UPPER BUT IT IS VERY TONE. I JUST THOUGHT I WOULD FOCUS ON MY LOWER THIS WEEK. ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.
 
How often to you normally work your legs? What kind of workouts do you use to do it? Are you sore from L&G earlier this week?
 
Our lower bodies were built to carry us throughout the day, so they can take more 'work' than upper body, as long as you stick with light-to-moderate weights (heavier weights require more recovery time). I think it would be fine to do B&G tomorrow (but I wouldn't do L&G Extreme and B&G on consecutive days (unless it was with no or very light weights). As long as there's a cardio day in between, it's fine.

(It's hard to read posts that are in all caps, and looks like SHOUTING....see what I mean?;-) )
