i wanted to know how many times everybody does lower body workouts? i know everyone is different but i wanted to know what you all are doing. Those doing it once per week.......do you feel like it is effective enough?
All depends on the person and your goals. Need to play with it and see how your body reacts best. If I do an all leg day, my legs get THICK because I am so short.
Everybody is different but I alternate rotations every 2-4 weeks. When I'm doing an upper/lower body split, I work upper on Monday, lower on Wednesday, & do a total body circuit on Friday. Tuesdays & Thursdays are cardio. When I'm doing my circuit/total body weights rotation, I do a total body circuit on Monday, total body weights on Wednesday, & another total body circuit on Friday. Tuesdays & Thursday are once again cardio only. This has been effective for me... espcially changing the routine up every few weeks. HTH!
