lower body frequency

i wanted to know how many times everybody does lower body workouts? i know everyone is different but i wanted to know what you all are doing. Those doing it once per week.......do you feel like it is effective enough?
 
I usually do one pure lower body (LL,B&G,L&G) plus one or two circuit workouts that include lower body work.

I'm the same as Carolyn. Wednesday is leg day, then on Fridays I do either a circuit or full body workout that includes lower body.
 
I do 2-3 total body's a week.

All depends on the person and your goals. Need to play with it and see how your body reacts best. If I do an all leg day, my legs get THICK because I am so short.
 
Everybody is different but I alternate rotations every 2-4 weeks. When I'm doing an upper/lower body split, I work upper on Monday, lower on Wednesday, & do a total body circuit on Friday. Tuesdays & Thursdays are cardio. When I'm doing my circuit/total body weights rotation, I do a total body circuit on Monday, total body weights on Wednesday, & another total body circuit on Friday. Tuesdays & Thursday are once again cardio only. This has been effective for me... espcially changing the routine up every few weeks. HTH!:)
