Lower Body/Freestyle 5/2/04

Good Morning Everyone,

Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Yesterday I did MIS followed by MIC. Whew-what a workout that is. I had to do something to make up for my unscheduled day off on Friday. This morning was legs & glutes followed by 30 minutes of cardio kicks. My son would not let me finish CK-so decided to bag the workout and play with him. Oh well. I am going to lower my wts even more and kick up my cardio and see what happens. By the way, I ordered the book and hope to have it by the end of the week.

How are you guys making up your rotations for this freestyle/ lower body checkin?

Can y'all share? I'm thinking I may want to try this out . Thanks;

I have been doing Freestyle for about 3 months now, I like it and I have been getting great results. Up until 3 weeks ago I was using all of the Cathe lower body workouts that I had in freestyle, now I am using only the Freestyle workouts. I bought the book which I would highly recommend if you want to do this :7 ..
I am also following the nutrition plan in the book, just not all the same foods. I am 1 inch in my hips away from my goal.
I have lost weight on Freestyle from 116 to 103...... I am 5'2" ...
