Lower back and planks! Progress..

I just did Boot Camp on Thursday (FitTV) and boy will I be saving that one for when I'm more fit! I find that anytime I do planks without bent knees my body trembles and I have to drop my hips so that my lower back doesn't pain me. (anyone else experience this?) And the jumping up and down, whew! I thought Strong Legs and Shoulders was difficult! x(

Finally, I do think my arms are getting stronger, though I still can't do situps on a straight leg and I conk out after about four hi/lo's, but I think I'll soon graduate to at least 1/2 what the crew does. One day I hope to post pictures of progress...later!:D
