Hello everyone - I have a stress fractured toe So, I need to do low or no impact workouts for a while. I'm a cardio girl thru and thru so this has been extremely tough for me. My question is this......
Anybody have some suggestions for workouts without the impact? I'm going to be doing more weight workouts, but wondered about Yoga or Pilates. I'm not familiar with those types because, like I said, I'm a cardio girl!!!
