Low max combos

I have had Lowmax for a few months but I have been afraid to touch it since trying the first combo with that backwards mambo. Which combos are the easiest? Sorry but i'm just scared I will trip over and get injured .

Oh, I hate that stupid reverse mambo!! And it's in IMAX 3 too. I get off-beat every single time and still cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong! But, it's only one segment so I get over it and move on!

Another alternative...do the mambo on the step and skip the reverse part. :) :) :)

Lo Max is a good workout so just keep at it. The more you do it the more you'll become familiar with it and soon...maybe...we'll both be doing that #%$@*!^ reverse mambo without skipping a beat. :p
 
Don't be scared of LowMax...i used to be too and then I got it (I was doing it from my Tivo) and yes the reverse mambo is insane, but here is the trick...slow the DVD or tape down and pause it watch her feet and just rewind, rewind, rewind, rewind...etc..and you will get it.
Take it real slow, practice it on an "off day" or after a workout.
That is what I did and I got it in no time. Now, the first combo is really fun and I have a good time with it.
IMO the first combo is the hardest and they seem to not be as fancy from there. Just try it little by little and you will love it and try not to get frustrated. Just have fun with it and don't worry you will not be the first one to look a little silly while doing it. :p
