LOW MAX 2!!!!!

Hi Cathe, hope you get better real soon, I know you are concentrating on the dvd's that you are planning on taping soon, but could you start thinking of doing a Low Max 2 and maybe 3, Low Max is a great dvd! Just a suggestion. Again, hope your doing better- Pam:D

I wholeheartedly agree! I had a back injury and need low impact but not necessarily low intensity, workouts.
