Low Impact Step query

I'm doing the January rotation and don't have Low Impact Step.

How long is the cardio in Low Impact Step?
Would low impact kickboxing be a good substitute? If not what would you recommend? There's already Low Max that week in the rotation so I don't want to get bored by doing it twice.

LIS is a 40 minute work out. Simple choreography and ofcourse, low impact. Body fusion (step only) would be a decent sub for this, or just pick any step work out you have and do it low impact for 40 minutes...That's what I'd do personally....Have fun!
