I just did Low Impact Step for the second time yesterday (as an "extended warm-up" before doing MM legs premix) and found that one move was not particularly knee friendly for me when translated to the bigger step, so I came up with a modification that might help others:
The "abductor repeater" when done "as-is" puts me at an awkward position for the next move, so what I do is two abductors, with the third being a knee up and step off BEHIND the step (instead of off the side of the step where the abductor will leave you). Fells much better to me!
