Low Impact Shock Cardio

I'd love to see a sequel to Shock Cardio but with lower impact (but maintaining the intensity).

How about:

Low impact floor aerobics (with intensity blasts similar to 4DS LIS but without the step). I'd like easy to follow choreography for my two left feet as well.

Med ball intervals (low impact cardio with/and without a light med ball alternated with intervals of med ball ab work).

Slanted riser step workout (fun step choreography using the slanted risers that we all got for STS).

Easy to follow step workout that alternates fun five minute blocks of step with either standing ab work or athletic drills (along the lines of the step segments of Step Jump Pump and Cardio & Wts).

Low Impact Kicking Drills - Kickbox inspired workout with mostly kicking drills (low impact) that keeps the heartrate up without alot of impact.

Circuit workout using light weights (or band) alternated with low impact athletic drills.
