Low impact/ high intensity with weights

I'd LOVE a low impact/high intensity workout with weight training either mixed in (like a circuit) or before/after the workout. I'd also like the low impact/high intensity workout without the step. I always trip on the step. Thanks!
 
I would like a floor cardio workout too. I am of the opinion, however, that it is quite challenging (and almost impossible) to have low impact/high intensity at the same time. I know Cathe accomplished this with the hammer punch in the last part of the high intensity combos in KP&C, but look at hi/lo section #4 in SJ&P, that is lower intensity than most of her warm-ups!? I know that many of Cathe's fans have problems with impact, so I am not saying she shouldn't cater to those needs, I just think it is really tough for an instructor to incorporate low impact and high intensity into one workout.
