Low Impact DVD

Does anyone here know if the sculpting section of the new Low Impact DVD can be substituted easily with weights -- I've noticed that the sculpting on that DVD tends to use almost exclusively the Stability Ball -- am looking to get this DVD for my daughter -- but she doesn't have room in her apartment for a stability ball.
