As for S&H, here's a basic run-down:
S&H Legs & Shoulders - 67 minutes (Warm up 3.5, legs/glutes 30, shoulders 31, stretch 2)
S&H Chest & Back - 59 minutes (Warm up 3, chest 26.5, back 18, superman 3, planks 6, stretch 2)
S&H Triceps & Biceps - 60 minutes (Warm up 2.5, triceps 23, biceps 24, abs 7.5, stretch 3)
They do a slow 6 count positive, 2 count negative. However, 99% of the time, I switch it up and do 6/2 one week, 2/6 one week, and 4/4 the 3rd week
