Slowing down the fast reps & replacing the shoulder band work in GS keeps from getting neck & shoulder pain from it. Plus it helped me increase my strength, too - what a deal, huh
? Today I went back to S&H (did chest, biceps, shoulders - but no militaries) and was very happy to see increased strength through those, too
