loving the Nov. rotation

So far so good, I can even do the step routines(I sub. step jam and low max)this is good for me because I have NO coordination what so ever and I actually made it thru these two DVDs and actually had FUN:) I sound like a herd of elephants...but I got my heartrate up. This week is the 200 walking lunges(not looking forward to it)but I wiil do it(beacuse Cathe says so):)
 
Hey there....glad you're liking it! There are a few of us doing a Nov Checkin and we're really REALLy trying to keep our short attention spans on this rotation! LOL Come join us!

Glad that you are enjoying the rotation so far! I just did those darn lunges this afternoon, they were harder then I thought!

Kim, where can I find this thread? I did ste max insead of Imax2 and did not like the third set w/ all the plyo stuff, joints aren't as young as they use to be. Kay
