So far so good, I can even do the step routines(I sub. step jam and low max)this is good for me because I have NO coordination what so ever and I actually made it thru these two DVDs and actually had FUN
I sound like a herd of elephants...but I got my heartrate up. This week is the 200 walking lunges(not looking forward to it)but I wiil do it(beacuse Cathe says so)
