I have been an avid cathe fan since 1996. I own almost all your videos and dvds. I recently purchased the dvd circuit max and cardio kicks dvd, body blast kick punch and crunch dvd and supersets dvd. When I received the order the circuit max and cardio kicks dvd wasn't even there and the supersets dvd doesn't work it skips really bad. This might not be the place to put this but i don't know what to do. Your customer service is horrible. They won't answer me back on where my missing dvd is and they tell me to clean the supersets which I did and it didn't make a difference. I have called 3 times and emailed 3 times. Can anyone help. This is in desperation. These were very expensive dvds. If this is in the wrong place I am sorry. I don't know what else to do. I think cathe you are a great instructor and help alot of people more than you know I love all your dvds and always look forward to your new ones. But after this I am going to be leary about ordering again.
