i have a question about the Lotte Berk workouts... what makes these better/more effective then regular floor work exercises? I have Muscle Eats Fat and High Round Assets, and trying to decide if I should buy the other 2 and take the time out to stick with these workouts since I'll be using them in addition to my regular workouts. I feel the burn when I do them, but don't feel sore after or the next day. It's the same type of burn I get when doing intense floorwork, like Susan Harris's floorwork in Body Scultping Basics or doing lunges and squats in Slim Series... so is the Lotte Berk method really working differently?
