I taped this week's LOST and it cut-off where Charlie has given Clare the jar of peanut butter and she is opening it. Was there more to the episode? If so, please tell.

No, you didn't miss anything after that. I believe the next thing then was Kate and Jack sitting together eating something. So it basically was just showing different people enjoying having food. You didn't miss any secrects or clues! :) (I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong!)
